Alexis looked at him "Its...its...its nothing." she told him again. She hated lying but she didn't need someone worrying about her. She knew her mother didn't want her. Still, she hated others placing pity on her. She looked up and smiled "Its nothing Mr. Evans." she said again. The smile didn't reach her eyes but he didn't have to see that.

"It's obviously something." Chris told her, still looking at the notebook. She smiled, but it was a hollow smile, a mask. "Talk to me Alexis." He pleaded with her. "That's what I'm here for."

Alexis laughed again "No your not. Your here to teach." she said looking at the desk with her notebook "What does it matter? I am just doing as I am told. I listen to others. Just like everyone else in this school wants." she said.
Ever since she was brought here she was a loner. She was never wanted. No one knew her secrets and she hoped no one would ever find them.

"I am hear for guidance." Chris said simply. He hoped he would be more then a teacher to his students. He wanted to be someone they could talk to. "Well listen to me." He told her, finally looking up into her sad eyes. "I'm telling you you're a beautiful, smart, witty, girl that deserves to be treated a lot better then you are being treated now." He told her, handing her notebook back to her.

Lexi looked at him "You know lying is a sin." she said. After a while you start believing the things you hear. She smiled her best and grabbed the book from him "Thanks...I think." she said. She hated talking about her personal life. It was never any good. It brought pain to her.

Chris shook his head. "But I'm not lying." He insisted. This poor girl had absolutely no self esteem at all. Chris stood up and walked over to his desk. His classroom was warm so he took her jacket off revealing a very form fitting navy sweater.

Lexi couldn't help but look at him. He was so well fit. She just stared and barely remembered to breathe. It was not something she did all the time.
Meanwhile, Annah and Zoey were just talking. The two had to walk the tigers. Annah wanted so bad to see Paul again but was it possible? She didn't know.
Tori was, once more, in the library. She was studying, and Alec was forced to come with her. "You need a tutor. And until you find one better than me, your stuck with me." she said clearly annoyed.
Alleysia and James were causing nothing but trouble in the commons. It was just something to do and they were rather bored. Now who was their next target?

Chris looked down at Lexi. "Are you okay?" He asked with a smile. Her eyes were so wide and she looked like she had just seen a ghost. He sat back down across from her and stared. "Are you okay?" He asked again.
Paul was out in the commons. He was reading The Iliad. He sat under a shady tree and read page after page, getting lost in the book. It was after school so he didn't have to be anywhere until dinner.
Brittany and Wynter were skipping through the library to get to the secret room. Wynter needed alcohol after all the things that had been happening to her as of lately. And Brittany was there to make sure nothing got out of hand. Plus it was always boring to drink alone.

Lexi then remembered what she had to do. She smiled "I'm fine. Just....got distracted for a second." she said. At least she wasn't lying. It was the truth after all. He was a distraction for her.
Annah was keeping an eye on the tigers while Zoey kept talking about random things. She told Annah how this school was dangerous and some of the students might be working to keep an eye on Annah. Annah just laughed. She looked back at the tigers, who were running off to under a tree.
Mia and Raja ran under the oak tree chasing each other. Raja was gaining on Mia and Mia was starting to run around the tree. She ran into someone's leg and shook her head back and forth. Then she looked up at him.
Raja caught up with Mia and looked at him as well. He didn't know if this human was going to hurt those two, or the humans that owned them, but he didn't want to find out. Now he was on guard.

Paul laughed when the baby tiger ran into his leg. He put the book down and picked the tiger up. "Are you alright?" He asked knowing he wouldn't get a response. When he looked at the other tiger, he looked mean. Paul just stared at it, not sure of what to do next with Mia still in his arms.
Chris nodded his head. "Okay...So we were talking about editorials, right?" He asked her, trying to get back on subject.

Annah saw that the tigers had run into someone. "Oh no." she said and ran her way over there "Raja..down." she said gently but firm. She then looked at Mia and Paul "She likes you...should I be jealous?" she asked. She wasn't meaning not getting Mia. She meant Paul. But she wasn't going to say that.
Lexi smirked. The teachered seemed to be distracted himself. She sat back on top of the desk. She sat on the corner of his desk "Yes...we were." she said

Paul smiled and laughed. He handed Mia back to Annah. "I think she's a little young for me." He told her, petting Mia with the back of his hand. He looked down at the other tiger. "He's staring at me like he wants to rip me apart..." He said.
"So are you actually working on an editorial right now?" He asked looking up at her.

Annah laughed "He would if you meant me, Zoey, or Mia harm." she said simply. It wasn't a lie "Like owner, like tiger." she laughed. "Mia and I: gentle. Zoey and Raja: Tempermental." she smiled as she looked at him "Mind if I sit next to you?" she asked as Mia jumped out of her hands. She scratched Annah's arm "Oh crap." she said looking around for something to wipe it on.
Zoey saw what was going on and decided to take the girls back "Come along girls" she said then nodded at Annah. She and the three tigers left, leaving Annah alone.
Alexis couldn't believe what she was going to do next. Even for her, this wasn't something she did normally. "That depends on the topic." she said seductively. She walked behind him and her hands moved down to his chest, her mouth to his ear "Whats the topic?" she asked as she gently nibbled on his ear.

"Well I don't mean any harm so is there any way you could get him to stop giving me the death glare?" He said with a smile. "Sure." Paul said, patting the patch of grass next to him. He didn't know what to do when Mia hurt Annah. He had nothing to give her. "Are you okay?" He asked.
Chris moved away from Alexis. What on Earth was she doing? This was completely inappropriate! Yet it felt so good. Her soft hands sliding down his body made him shiver in delight. "Alexis." He said sternly. "I'm your teacher." He told her.

Annah just smiled "Yes I'll be fine.' she said as she ripped a piece of her black tank top off, reveling a part of her mid-drif. She then placed the cloth over her cut. She didn't have enough hands to tie it around but oh well. She then smiled at him "Thank you." she said sitting next to him.
Alexis smirked. She knew he didn't fully want to move away. She she went up to him "So?" was all she said as her hands found his chest again and moved up around his neck. She pulled herself against him, kissing him. She had no clue what was going on but she didn't care anymore.
