Annah was out with the Seven Misfits. It was near impossible to do anything and she wanted to get away from the school. She had finally earned her freedom and she took her six friends with her. She didn't know anyone else who liked all seven of them so she didn't care.
As they walked Annah heard something and something hit Alec in his neck. Annah screamed and the others, besides Zoey, went to Alec. Zoey stood with Annah as Annah's worse nightmare came true.
"Hello AnnahBella." the man coming into sight. Annah gasped as Zoey stood in front of her.
"Hello..........Father." she said at last

Brittany and Wynter asked the Headmistress for permission to go out. She of course said yes. Now they were out with Paul and Damon. The girls were at the end of the pier sunbathing in their bikinis even though it was September. The guys were in the water splashing each other and fighting like usual.
They all heard a scream so they looked around, curious as to why someone would be screaming on a lovely day like this one. The girls screaming almost looked like Annah but they were too far away to be sure. The girls slid on their shots and left their tops dressed only in their bikini tops. The guys got out of the water and got their shirts on.
In typical Damon fashion, he wanted to just leave. Paul wanted to go make sure it wasn't Annah and help whoever it was. Brittany could really care less. Wynter was just really curious about the girl. "Let's go Let's go Let's go!" She pleaded, sounding like a little child.
They eventually al made their way up to where the screams came from. It turned out to actually be Annah. "Annah?" Paul hurried to her side. She looked like she had just seen a ghost. There was a man standing in front of her. "Hi." He turned to him. "Is something going on over here?" He asked. The three others followed quickly behind. Damon now looked interested because it seemed like there was a fight about to break out. Brittany just seemed underwhelmed. Wynter had seen Alec on the ground and couldn't take her eyes off of him.

Markus, Annah's father, laughed "Of course not. I've just come for my daughter is all. AnnahBella....time to go home dearest." he said holding out his hand.
Annah just stared at him with scared wide eyes "How did you find me?" she asked taking a step back. She didn't want to see him.
Zoey glared at the King. He shouldn't be here. How was she suppose to protect all these people?
Sia spoke "What is it you want old man? Annah isn't going anywhere." she said coming to stand next to Zoey, in front of Annah.
Tori was the one holding Alec while the others came and stood in front of Annah as well.
Markus laughed "You think you little children will save my daughter? I think not. AnnahBella will die." he said sure of himself.

Paul didn't move an inch away from Annah's side. He was the closest to her. Right now all he wanted to do was pull Annah to the side, try to sooth her, and make sure she was okay. But he couldn't do that right now.
"Well I suggest you leave now then. Killing your own daughter in a public place with witnesses..." He paused and looked around the whole lake. There weren't many people, but enough to prove his point. "Wouldn't be the smartest thing to do."
Brittany wasn't very impressed by Markus. She crossed her arms across her chest and stepped forward. "And you may be the King wherever your from, but here, you're just a petty old man whom nobody loves." Then she added, " And you don't even think about doing anything to us," She looked at her friends. "We come from very powerful family's that could easily have your head on a platter if you hurt us." She didn't know why she was sticking up for Annah. She didn't even like her. It was more like, making Annah's life miserable was her job. When she saw someone else doing it, it was no fun.

Annah stepped in front of all the kids there. She faced her father "Don't hurt them." she said looking at him. She didn't want her friends, or Brittany, in danger. She didn't know how long she had to live.
Sia looked at Brittany "Wait. Who are you and what have you done to Brittany?" she asked laughing.
Zoey looked at Annah "Princess?" she asked not caring who heard.
Markus laughed "Please peasant girl. Don't anger me. I'll have you all killed. Now Annah is coming with me or you will will pay the price."

Brittany just glared at Sia. "Ooh scary!" Brittany said sarcastically. This guy was getting more boring as time went on.
Brittany, Wynter, and Paul all already knew Annah was princess. Damon however, didn't. "Whoa. Hold up. You're a princess?" He asked in the middle of all the chaos. Nobody really paid him any attention anyway.

Annah looked at him "Yes....sadly." she said as she took a step forward. She hated how this day turned out. But instead of her father heading for her, two balls of fur stepped inbetween Annah and Markus and growled. Raja wasn't as nice as Mia but both were angry.
Zoey grabbed her bow and Arrows and aimed. Tori and Sia did the same. James just stood with Alec.
Annah glared at her father "I'm not going with you." she said in a voice she had never used with her father. Since she had been at this school, she had earned a backbone "Now, leave Father!"
Markus laughed "Don't tell me what to do girl!" he said as he reached out and grabbed Annah's wrist. Annah cried out in pain.

"Hey!" Paul yelled. Him putting his hands on her was the last straw. He wasn't just going to sit here and watch this go on and do nothing. She rushed to Annah's side again and pulled her towards him. He managed to wrap his arm around her while his other arm swung out and hit Markus square in the jaw. "Don't touch her." He told him and pulled her away.
Wynter was nearest to Markus when all this happened. She just kind of froze where she was, unable to move. It was like everything was going in slow motion. She watched in horror as Markus grabbed Annah and saw Paul come to her rescue.

Markus wasn't happy now "Oh, boy you shouldn't have done that." he said as his arm reached up ready for the punch. Before it landed on Paul's face Annah stepped in between and took the blow. She fell to the ground, out cold.
Zoey fired her arrow at Markus but one if his bodyguards took the blow. Another one picked up Annah. Markus smirked "Well. I guess we will be parting then." he said simply.
Zoey lowered her bow as the others kept shooting. She ran for Markus and grabbed Annah from his grasp. Annah fell to the ground and moaned "My head is killing me." she said
"No your father will if we don't move Princess!" Zoey said as she pulled Annah back to the others. Markus looked at them all and growled "You won't be this lucky next time AnnahBella Gracelyn." and walked away.

Everyone just kind of stared. No one knew what to do. Paul was at Annah's side. Once Markus left, Brittany sighed. "Well...later." She told them and started to walk away. Damon followed her . Wynter just stood there, confused about what to do. Eventually, she stepped away from the group. Paul was the only one that stayed. Wynter was very overwhelmed. Kings coming to kidnap his daughter, bow and arrows. She knew Rosehurst was drama, but this was ridiculous.

Tori went back to Alec who was still out cold "Will he be alright James?" she asked more worried about Alec than Annah.
Annah looked at all of the people around her "Hi?" she asked looking at all of them "Zo, you know he will be back" she said as she felt the cut on her wrist.

Wynter watched as Tori looked at Alec She really cared about him. She smiled. It was bittersweet. At least somebody could give love to Alec. Even if it wasn't her and it was Tori. She reluctantly walked away.
"Are you okay?" Paul asked? looking her body over for any noticeable injuries. "We need to get her back to Rosehurst." He announced. He couldn't really do anything for her wrist here.

Now Annah was mad "Are you all insane!" she nearly screamed "Now all of you guys are in danger and he WILL be back! So don't think for a moment you will get away." she said now worried
"But Princess.....He doesn't know where we live." Zoey said holding a sleeping Alec. "True if we aren't careful they will be harmed but think about it. They didn't do anything. Just Paul did. And I honestly think if he gets you, he won't harm the others." she said that a bit to late.
Annah sighed "I should have never had come." she said as Mia flung herself in Annah's arms.

Brittany heard Annah screaming out of pure curiosity. Damon stopped short to see why Brittany had stopped walking. She didn't catch the first part but heard her yelling about not being able to get away and her father being back. And everyone said Brittany was the dramatic one. Right. She turned to Damon who was now watching the same thing. "How come I'm the schools drama queen but she's the one always freaking out and making a scene?" She asked then asked the question that had been on everyone's mind. "...Why didn't you sleep with her?" She said quietly. "You had her in your bed and she wanted to. But you said no. You never say no."
Damon laughed to himself when Brittany stared talking about Annah being a diva. She was jealous. That was a rare occasion. Then she had to go and ruin a perfectly nice moment with a stupid question. He sighed, not wanting to answer then shrugged. "Not my type." He told Brittany. Brittany just laughed and turned to him. "Anyone with boobs is your type." She wasn't making this easy. "I don't know Brittany. Why haven't I slept with you. Or Wynter?" He asked, not really expecting an answer. Brittany finally got the idea and stopped asking. They both turned back to the group of students fighting next to the lake.
Wynter had snuck away from the group without drawing attention to herself. She made it all the way down the end of a pier when she just decided to jump into the water. She didn't think about it and jumped in with all of her clothes on. Maybe she would get lucky hit her head on a rock and drown. Wynter didn't want to die. She wasn't suicidal per say but she just wanted to take a break and step out of her mind for a little bit. The water was a lot colder then she thought. It woke her up. She tried to stay underwater for as long as she could.
Damon was the first one to see Wynter jump. "What is Wynter do-" He stopped talking when he didn't see her come up for air. Brittany noticed next and screamed her name. "Wynter!" They both ran over to the Lakes edge. Paul turned, still holding onto Annah. He jumped up from where he had been crouching. Yes he found Wynter annoying at times but he didn't mind her. She was like a sister. He had known her since she was seven and now he was watching her....well he wasn't entirely sure what she was doing. But it looked like she was trying to off herself.

Alec gasped when he saw Wynter jump "ANNAH!!" he yelled. Alec knew what to do as him and Tori ran to the secret place they had made when they had spare time. Annah didn't think twice. Clothes on, she jumped into the water. She wouldn't let Wynter die...not like this. Alec thought Wynter was jumping, but Annah wasn't sure it was for death.
The water was sooo cold as Annah swam to Wynter and grabbed her around the waist. "Does no one know how to swim around here?" she mumbled to herself "Brittany is your friend, yet she didn't come after your ass." she growled as she kept swimming. For once, Annah was glad Zo made her take those swimming lessons.
Once on shore Alec wrapped Wynter in a blanket and nearly yelled, but held himself in check "What do you think you were doing? Do you want to die?" he asked. Tori sighed as she pulled Alec by his shirt "Mellow Drama King!" she said as she pushed him on the floor.
Finally after a few minutes of going numb, Zoey pulled Annah out of the water. She looked as blue as death "You are an idiot Annah..." she admitted. Annah just smiled.
